Its location in Madonna di Campiglio was great and amazing, adjacent to public transport and the Groste ski lift and Madonna di Campiglio by public transport. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a safe, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making machines. Staff was super very welcoming and amazingly kind
Some people working there were bored.

Perfect location just outside the village with ski lifts right next door. You can literally ski right down to the entrance of the hotel, and there's a lively après-ski hut on the way! The room was simple but adequate, with a balcony overlooking the slope. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in Italy, with a great variety of options including yogurt with muesli, scrambled eggs, and delicious cakes and croissants. The hotel also had heated storage for ski boots and lockers for skis in the basement, and parking in a garage across the road.
It would have been handy to have a lift to the basement, especially for those with knee problems who struggle with stairs. Also, it would have been nice to have more hangers on the walls in the room for helmets and jackets.

I recently stayed at the Fortini Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio for a weekend ski trip. The location was fantastic, with ski lifts just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The attached Jumper restaurant served a delicious range of food at reasonable prices. The room was simple but adequate, and the heated storage for ski boots and ski lockers in the basement were a great convenience. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen in Italy, offering a variety of options from yogurt and muesli to scrambled eggs and bacon. a comfortable stay with excellent amenities.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Fortini was absolutely delightful. The location was incredibly convenient, with the ski lift just 20 meters away. We loved being able to ski right up to the entrance of the hotel and enjoy a lively after-ski hut nearby. The room, although simple, was adequate and had a balcony overlooking the slope. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had in Italy, with a wide variety of options including yogurt with muesli, scrambled eggs, and delicious pastries. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food was excellent and reasonably priced compared to the village restaurants. The staff were friendly and courteous, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has a pizzeria and bar, perfect for indulging in delicious food and drinks. They also have free WiFi, so I could Instagram my ski fails. The ski storage was handy, considering how many times I faceplanted in the snow.
No complaints, really. Maybe they could have provided a personal ski instructor for me, since I clearly needed it.

Ski-in, ski-out location is unbeatable! The Fortini Gondola is right at our doorstep, and the Groste1 chairlift is just across the street. Rental shop is also conveniently nearby. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant at the hotel served tasty meals. The room was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The surroundings were stunning, and we enjoyed the mountain view from our balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short trip with a change of scenery. The only minor drawbacks were the limited ski bus service and the small shower cabin. However, these were easily overlooked considering the overall positive experience.
